This commercial was the perfect complement to the agape ad, as it showed one couple’s example of agape across decades of marriage. Both ads are great foils to the kind of perverted erotic “love” that was put on display during the half-time show, which I happily missed seeing.

It is sadly ironic that if you wanted to see a beautiful woman during the super bowl, you shouldn’t have tuned in to the half-time show, you should have tuned in to the ad that showed an old woman smiling with her old husband.
