Did everyone remember to set their clock back one second?

Technically, We went from 11:59:59PM to 11:59:60PM. Yep. That’s right “60.” Did the ball drop in NY note that fact? Nooooo. Cowards. Would have messed up all the drunken revelers. Programmers are the only people I know that feel silly for assuming “that time cannot go backwards.”
